No physical products will be shipped.
Delivery Time
After payment is confirmed, digital goods are typically delivered immediately, but please allow up to 24 hours in rare cases of technical delay or manual verification.
Download links or access instructions are provided on the order confirmation page and sent via email to the address provided during checkout.
Access and Download
Purchased digital products can be accessed via:
- Direct download link after checkout, and/or
- Download or access link sent to the registered email address.
Please ensure the correct email address is provided to avoid delivery issues.
Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased files.
Troubleshooting Delivery
If an email with download instructions has not arrived within 24 hours, check spam/junk folders or contact customer support for assistance.
For failed downloads or access issues, please contact support within 5 days of the order.
